Question : IPsec Lan to Lan tunnel

I need to set up an IPsec L2L tunnel from my company to another company to send information.  We tried to send information through the tunnel after we set everything up in our Cisco 3000 Concentrator, but the tunnel will not come up.  I was told that I need to put a static IP on my gateway to direct traffic coming from the host pc on my side to the host on the other side.  How do I do this?

Generally, when a tunnel does not come up, your IKE proposals are not matched, due to missing shared secrets, wrong SA's due to mismatched transform sets, missing gateways as you indicated above, etc. So match your config with the screenshots and give it a try!
