Question : Website within local network

I have a company that cant view parts of their website within their local network, but if you look at it from somewhere else it works fine.  Is there something that needs to be done on the local network.

You said you were able to do it through Remote Desktop.  That makes me doubt DNS, purely.

Is there any chance that the group policy within that environment is somehow blocking redirects from webpages?

Can you try lowering the security on one of their browsers and seeing it if works?
