Question : Cisco 3000 / monitoring VPN / snmp

Anyone know of a great program to monitor and alert us when our individual VPN connections go offline?
Preferably something that's free :)

Send your event messages to a syslog server and use SWATCH. Swatch can be prgorammed
to email you or a group and it will also provide you a real-time evevt console for monitoring,
great tool.
