Question : Allowing permission to a user to install software in a domain

I would like to know how do I allow a normal user to install software in domain based network using win2000 where by default only domain admins are allowed to install.

You can enable a group policy on your domain controller or local computer policy ->
Computer configuration\administrative templates\windows components\windows
installer, or user configuration\administrative templates\ windows components\windows installer.

Just enable "Always install with elevated privileges"
