Question : How To point a domain to my server

I need to forward domain.ru to domain.com which are from different providers

For domain.ru
I don't have a hosting account and can only change primary and secondary dns.


For
domain.com
I host on a dedicated server @ godaddy ,
where i can make watever changes i want.

How can i accomplish forwarding my .ru domains?
