OK, so now it is your choice.
You can
a) leave it off and all looks fine, or if you turn it back on again you need to find out the following:
b) Troubleshoot the CISCO :
1) Can you get a log of what the CISCO is doing, a log of the conversation, including AOL rejection and reason for rejection
2) Can you update it / firmware upgrade / has it been updated recently
3) Do you have any issues with the connection to the CISCO box
4) Can you double check that the IP of the CISCO device (which may be differnet to your Exchange server) IS 100% correctly formatted PTR as specified by AOL postmaster at
http://postmaster.aol.com/info/rdns.html 5) 100% sure the CISCO IP IS NOT BLACKLISTED
I know what option I would choose!
