Is there an alternative software to HP Procurve Manager for the Procurve switches, that doesn't cost $2500??

Well Procurve manager is free it comes with HP Procurve switches. ProCurve Manger plus is not free. So you cna download HP Procurve Manager from  http://www.hp.com/rnd/products/management/ProCurve_Manager/overview.htm. You can even register the software for free & can use it,
