I have been having e-mails problems for only one of the users in our company. Using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003.  She has received the following two messages in the last two weeks:

I've checked all settings for this user and they are the same as other users who have no trouble with their e-mail.  If she resends, they have been going through.  Ideas?  Thanks.

Answer : Microsoft Exchange E-mail Problems for only One User

Are these emails being sent to these specific people, other people, or are they being sent to a distribution group?

Does the sender recognize these email addresses?

Are these email addresses External Addresses or Internal Addresses?

If these are unrecognized internal email addresses, the following should fix the problem.

Check that Office 2003 SP3 is installed:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E25B7049-3E13-433B-B9D2-5E3C1132F206&displaylang=en

Then in this users Outlook, go to Tools>Options>Delegates.

If there are any Delegates, note who they are and their permissions.

Then add a new delegate, Can be anyone.
Close and Re-Open Outlook.

Go back to the Delegates, now delete all of them.
Close and Re-Open Outlook

Once more, go back to Delegates section and re-add only the original delegates with appropriate permissions.

Close and Re-Open Outlook. Try sending emails again.
