Question : SMTP communication problem

We have a recipient that we tried to send an email to and we received this error message
Is there a way to find out if this is on the recipients end or our end?
This is the error message I received

[Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Sent:      8/20/2008 2:10 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      Sonsio Tire & Wheel ([email protected]) on 8/20/2008 2:12 PM
            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.  Please contact your system administrator.

It looks to be at their end. If you can provide the full message header. I can break it down and confirm.
