Answer : Netstat and NBstat

nbstat is NETBIOS status and looks at what NETBIOS information you computer has cached. You can also use NBSTAT to see what NETBIOS based services another computer may have running (nbtstat -a comptuername or nbtstat -A ip addresses). In some instances the nbtstat -A|-a will also show you if somebody is logged on to that computer and who it is.
netstat looks at IP information. What hosts you have TCP connections with or what hosts have TCP connections with you, what ports the connection are on, what ports and protocols (TCP, UDP) you have programs listening on, what statics (bytes sent, received, errors, ect.) your computer has seen
