Question : joining two networks

For my own information I'm trying to connect two networks together. To illustrate the problem.
Server >> Laptop with 2 network cards >> Desktop

At the moment the laptop can see both of the other pc's and can connect to the internet thru the server.
The desktop can't see the server or connect to the internet but can see the laptop.

All machines are 2k. The server has ICS to facilite internet connection, the all the other network cards have static ips

So how can I get the desktop to see the server and have an internet connetion?

Answer : joining two networks

Since I still believe this problem is/was a simple routing issue, I (continue to) nomoinate myself for these points.  I wouldn't mind some feedback from the poster, though...
