Question : MS 2003 Server Reboots every few weeks - Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
My clients MS 2003 Server reboots every couple off weeks. They are getting quite annoyed as it interrupts a large number of staff. Origonally I thought it might have been MS Updates.
When we looked at the log file in the past it just says:
THe Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this (1) times. The following corrective action will be taken in 60000 milliseconds: Reboot the machine. For more information, see Help and Support Center at

PLease give me a list of things that I can try.
THanks,
Robery.
Answer : MS 2003 Server Reboots every few weeks - Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Check the RPC service properties and change the action from reboot to restart the service (reboot on the 3rd failure).
