Question : Avaya IP Office ip networking help needed

I have an custormer with 3 IPO500 in diffrent locations one of the locatioans has an erratic Internet connection and i need to make the IPO(B) there connect to the mainoffice IPO(A) using ISDN dialup and go out through the LAN interfaces on IPO(A). I've set up the routes and I'm able to ping the far interface of the IPO(A) from the network behind IPO(B) but it disappears if I go beond that i.e. pinging the next router, which works from the unit but the unit does not seem to let traffic out through the interface from another interface.
Could this be an Licence problem ?
Or is there some IPOfirewall ajustments to be made (currently fire wall is disabled ?

This problem is solved it seems that I failed in the basics of routing ;-)
It seems that I forgot to make all of surrounding routers to know where to send back the answer.
Once all routes were added to all the other boxes every thin worked fine
