Question : BackupExec errors

Can someone tell me what causes the following errors:

All these files are locked by the operating system. The only way to back these files up is if you have Veritas 10 with open file manager enabled. But you might not even want to bother with paying more money if you don't have v10 already.
You can safely skip all of these files in your regular file backup (these are all temporary and log files that will be rebuilt automatically by windows). Just make sure that you backup system state and any required contents of these files WILL get backed up using that method.
