Question : How to find the location of SMS sender?

Hello, I want to find out from the PDU format SMS that from where the SMS has been sent. I would like to elaborate that can we find the cell id or locatoin id of the person who has sent the SMS?? How can we get the details of all cell id of a particular location id.??

I don't think it's possible, as a SMS can be sent from something else than a mobile. Moreover, there's IMHO no reasons why this information would be included in the enveloppe. Finally, I really wouldn't like it, but that's another topic.
