Question : International Phone

I am looking for a more stable and affordable way for my travelers to be connected without constantly changing out Sim cards.So far I have tried calling cards, ATT, T-Mobile, telestial sim cards and satellite phones are too bulky and expensive.  Any suggestions?

1) Try a CDMA\GSM phone

2) If you are using a GSM phone you are going to have to switch the sim cards.
