Question : Linksys 24 Port POE issue dhcp just hangs there Mitel phones

Im connecting some mitel phone to this Switch and it grabs the option 125 (ACK)  vlan id and Priority it recieves all that information but then it just sits there and waits for dhcp (a few minutes goes by and i get a RTOS timeout)

I have HP switch works fine the only thing i can think of is the issue of the default vlan 100 I cant remove from

ive read multiple posts here on experts about this SAME issue that people are experiencing also.  

i have a linksys 24 port poe connecting via trunk port to the HP procurve 24 port

its on the HP .... I HAD to turn EVERY port on for 1 untagged and Every port tagged for vlan 2 so nothing was tagged or untagged on VLAN 100 so thats what made it work ...
