Question : Tivoli backup client DSMC.NLM unresolved will not load

NetWare 6.5 SP3
search add sys:\tivoli\tsm\client\ba   is specified in autoexec.ncf file

Installing Tivoli backup agent, client software.  When trying to load DSMC.nlm or DSMCAD.nlm the console shows  [unresolved] instead of the usual [OK].

Usually, an "unresolved" message suggests a missing support module.  Back in the day, CLIB.NLM was a common culprit.  I'd look and see if their tech support lists any "minimum levels" for various NLM's, support packs, etc.
