Question : Cannot access Intranet Apache Website Since Changing to Windows SBS 2003

We are in the process of changing over to a Windows Server 2003 (SBS) as a domain controller.
We used to use a Belkin Wireless Router as the DNS Server, but now are using the SBS.  We now cannot access our local intranet website http://wbserver1/ that is running on Apache 2.2 - it says page not found.

On the computer that is hosting this intranet site (wbserver1), you can access the site using IE7.

You can ping this Apache Server using either "ping wbserver1" or using the IP address ping 192.168.2.100.

I have checked the SBS DNS Settings under Forward Lookup Zones, and this server is listed as:
Name: wbserver1
Type: Host (A)
Data: 192.168.2.100

Why cannot I access this web page from other computers on our network?
