Question : ftp through different port

Hi,

my Nas wap-0008 http://global.level1.com/product_d.php?id=368 is have ftp server service.
It can only do by port 21, works on office (internal lan). But It can't be connected to that nas ftp server from home because of my ISP provider is blocked port 21.
Any workaround solution is do that?

Answer : ftp through different port

If it's blocked by your ISP you can do two things:

Call your ISP and ask them to unblock it.

Try to dig a little deeper and find out if your Nas wap-0008 really cannot change its FTP port. It should let you do that.. If it really cannot be set to something else, then there's nothing you can do.
