Question : Reinstall SBS 2003 & Exchange serveral times

Product: Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine -- Error 25003. Setup has detected that your current SA password is set to blank. Please use sp_password to set a strong SA password and restart setup or set BLANKSAPWD = 1 to ignore this vulnerability. Refer to readme for more details. Setup will now exit.

all my emails stuck on smtp & 10% only appear on queue, i can found all mails in message tracking but all users cannot received or send mails they disappear & my event viewer no errors.
i ve before endpoint protection 11.0 removed it & install AVG 8.5.
I fixed many problems but the exchange was clean & without problems.
so installed Microsoft Exchange Practice Analyzer show me the following:

- SMTP instance 'Default SMTP Virtual Server' on server SBS-SERVER does not support the 'XEXCH50' verb. This may cause public folder replication problems.

- SMTP instance 'Default SMTP Virtual Server' on server SBS-SERVER does not support the 'X-LINK2STATE' verb. This will cause routing updates to be frozen.

so i cant know how to fixed & trying to reinstall exchange 2003 & i ignored that message appear about  SQL password & succeed to reinstall & also installed exchange sp2.

but same problems i cant received from outside only some spams i can get , some users no way to receive & send ....   others can internally. even i uninstalled AVG & installed again same problem.

so i think because i skipped SQL database engine with cancel  ... maybe reinstall for that can't succeed
so how i can pass or change sql password or make it BLANKSAPWD = 1
even i tried cmd OSQL [password not BLANK OR SA THINKING ITS CHANGED]
also i tried smtpdiag tool passed

so i think there's a way without reinstall exchange 2003 again ?

Answer : Reinstall SBS 2003 & Exchange serveral times

Messages stuck in the queues would have nothing to do with the mailbox not functioning.

If it is a single user with the problem, then a new account may well be the best option. Emails stuck in the queues will need to be moved to pickup for Exchange to process them again.

Simon.
