Question : Barracuda Load Balancer Issue

I've installed a Barracuda Load Balancer in my network, to load balance between the two IIS servers hosting my website, and It's working fine, but when I try to use an SSL certificate it throws an error, I checked the Barracuda documentation and thy say I can upload a certificate into the appliance and it'll encrypt and decrypt the https traffic, but when I try to follow the manual instructions, the option is not appearing through the web interface, and instead it shows a problem with the energize updates, Is there a way to fix this? Is there another way to use this certificates?
