Question : How to break the NTFS Partition and boot with the windows 98 or dos floppy to edit boot.ini files

My System contain Windows NT Server with NTFS Partition.Some body changed the boot.ini files in C:\ partition
My question is how can i break the NTFS Partition and boot it with windows 98 or Dos floppy to edit boot.ini files.
I havent created the bootable disk for Winnt.Is there any tools or software to break NTFS Partition to edit boot.ini files

Another possibility would be to get a full version of NTFSDOS (http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/NTFSDOS.shtml), boot DOS and edit boot.ini like that, but the first version is a lot easier and cheaper ...
