Question : Can not assgin .20's IPS with firebox SOHO 6

We have a WatchGuard firebox firewall that is acting as our DHCP server, it is set to send out 192.168.111.2-192.168.111.252

The ipconfig of a auto configured computer is
        Connection-specific DNS Suffix  . :
        IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.111.2
        Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
        Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.111.1

If I set it to say 192.168.111.7 it works fine, but if i go to 192.168.111.21 it does not

Why is that?

You should DHCP on your windows server anyway.  I am not sure about the DHCP on the Watchguard why it is doing what is it doing, I looked at the User Guide does say it should not work.  Most devices when they say 10 user that means 10 concurrent conections out to the internet.  I f you have more then that consistently you will either need to upgrade your license, which can only go to 50 by the way, or purchase a firewall that can handle your traffic.  But for this I would setup Windows to do my DHCP.   Here is a Microsoft Doc on it: http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/10112946-1204-4ff4-b52c-599c303135d11033.mspx?mfr=true
