Question : Lotus Notes Web Navigator Template Error

We have one user on Lotus Notes 7.0 who can not open attachents via Lotus Notes e-mail - the following error is displayed: Could not find any Web Navigator Templates. I have verified that under the location field of the user preference field, it is checked to use Notes web browser (like the other users). Any idea's would be helpful!

First of all ,, could please inform me if the user is using the Lotus notes client or the web access ( Inotes)???


Secondly,, please refresh then replace the design of the user mailbox to ( mail7.ntf)
