Question : Problem to start Web Sphere Admin Server on Windows 2000

Situation:
I installed WS AE 4.0 on Windows 2000. Installation is success. A new IBM WS AdminServer 4.0 services has been added to my Windows Services.

But when I start the services, following comes up:

Guys, any idea?

check in task manager that no other instance of WAS is running. Stop if any java.exe is running before restarting..
