Question : Whats the best way to make a whole building have wireless coverage?

I'm in the UK - I'd like to make a fair sized 3 floored building have wireless 802.11g access all around. It'd need to be secure, efficient and easy to manage.

Is there any dedicated products available to do this?

In order for you to have a full coverage of wireless connection, you need to do a site survey.  With this, you will know where to put access points.
