Question : dell t3400 communications data encryption error problem

New Dell T3400 machine with factory installed XP Pro SP3. On Linksys  network with 10 other machines (all XP Pro SP3). All machines except this one can RDP each other both ways. Can even come in from home, by Hamachi, to any machine except this one. This machine can RDP to any other machine.  But no machine can RDP this machine.  The error message indicates a data encryption error is causing the problem.  Get same result with wired NIC and with wireless NIC. Have spent many fruitless hours searching.

Updated BIOS and Desktop with latest Dell files.  No Dice!

I called Dell.  After about an hour of discovery, the Support person had me delete the Certificate key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService\Parameters section of the Registry and reboot.

Voila!  Problem fixed.
