Question : Force all workstations to lock

I am running a windows 2000 domain with AD.  I was wondering if there was a way to have all of the workstation on the domain lock after 15 minutes.  I was browsing through the GPO and found nothing.  Am I looking in the wrong place or is this not possible?  Please let me know.

Set the screensaver timeout and the password required attributes in the GPO at this path:

User Configuration
   Administrative Templates
      Control Panel
         Display
            Screen saver executable name
               (If you want to force a specific saver)
            Password protect the screen saver
            Screen saver timeout
