Question : Nortel phone system - how to pick up a specific line?
We have an older Nortel phone system, about 13-15 years old. Not sure exactly what the system model is, but we have about 100 phones with about 30 lines plus a T1 for long distance. One of the lines has a static problem, and when it rings at the front desk, it shows line 66. Is there some way I can force the system to use line 66 when I place an outbound call so I can test that particular line to see if the problem is still happening?
