Question : Windows Server 2003 Is it possible to redirect to folder based on DNS?
I've got a 2003 Server running DNS.
A Linux server which runs a custom firmware (for the most part, unmodifiable) hosts a webpage at
http://linux/folder
.
What I want to happen is when someone goes to
http://folder
, they get to
http://linux/folder
- problem is, I can't modify things on the Linux box.
Is this possible? What about running a proxy of some sort?

You can create a new webpage called folder.htm. Host the folder.htm in IIS of Windows Server 2003. Create a DNS entry for that webpage. The entire webpage only needs the following code:
http://linux/folder'>
