Question : Vertical (Televantage) vs ShoreTel

We are investigating becoming resellers for either Vertical (Artisoft) or ShoreTel IP Telephony.  Can anyone share experiences on either of these systems, good or bad?

I have worked with both of these systems. Based upon these two systems I would go with ShoreTel not becasue its a better system, but more from the standpoint that I am uncertian how the whole Vertical/Artisoft merger is finally going to pan out so to speak. Vertical networks was a great platform but lacked applications, Artisoft lacked a platform but had some good applications. You would hope that the marriage will work out, but need to wait till the honeymoon is over and they have their first kid. So since you are looking to resell,  and base your business on the product,I would point you to the more stable of the two being ShoretTel.

My question for you, are you currently an Interconnect or Data VAR?
