Dear Experts,
                          i want to use cute ftp for sending some folders and files , how should i do that , and kindly advice me any cute ftp available online and easy to use

Cuteftp is one of many commercial ftp clients available for download.  The main site is:

The software is well documented with help files and will work as an ftp CLIENT - that is, you can connect to an established ftp SERVER (such as one maintained by a hosting service).

If you don't have an ftp server to work with your client you will have to establish one - for example, if you want to transfer files from your computer to another computer across the Internet (or other network using TCP/IP), the other computer must be running an ftp SERVER while you are running an ftp CLIENT (the roles can be switched, as well - transfers can be made both ways).

There are many free ftp servers around.  One of the most popular is filezillla, found here:

I suggest you read up a little on the ftp protocol and its uses before you make a choice of software - there are a number of places where you can get this information.  One is ftpplanet:
