Hi I'm looking for a good driver to send and receive SMS using gsm modem and direct connectivity over SMPP 3.4.

Hi,

If I understand what you mean by "good driver", you don't need special drivers to send/receive sms using gsm modem, only the modem's one. But, you must have an app which able to communicate with this modem using AT Command or SMPP protocol to send/receive sms to SMSC.
