Question : Mapping a Network Drive on Sharepoint

I am trying to map a network drive on my share point site and I am having a hard time. I have tried for hours and reviewed information from the past posting but cannot get it to work. I apologize in advance :)

I have a shared document library on my share point at:

http://share.cjprof.com/shareddrive/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx

I have tried to map it at  

\\share.cjprof.com\shareddrive\Shared Documents\
and no luck.

Do I first need to "add a network connection" for http://share.cjprof.com/shareddrive/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes you do!
this is on my 2003 box.

1. At the File explorer, click the "Tools->Map Network Drive"
2. at the window, please click the link "Sign up for ..."
3. at the pop-up window, click next, next and  input the url http://l>:// For example: http://mysps:2005/Shared%20Documents
4. click ok to set up this mapping.
