Question : router working as wireless card

Connected to my cable modem in my room and I would like to know If it’s possible
To have a desktop computer at my sisters room with a Linksys router

Will it work? Or I have to buy a wireless card for her PC even though
I have two wireless routers

Uhm... I had a motorola that supported this function, but with LinkSys... I had not tried.

The insructions provided on the link are for wired connections.

It would "patch" your wirelesss firmware. I had NEVER done that.

There is a slightly choice to ruin your router, but as I've read, is really small.

BTW, Don't forget to download last firmware versions from LinkSys and Alchemy BEFORE trying it, so you can recover the router firmware if you run into problems ;)
