Question : DNS Parenting

Hello,

We have to DNS servers set up for our company with the zone name acme.com.  The finance department which I am the sys admin for has decided to get their own dns server with the zone finance.acme.com.

I'm new to setting up Microsoft DNS servers and this book I got either missed something or I skipt a chapter.  Lets say the two dns servers for acme.com are 10.10.1.1 and 10.10.1.2
and the dns server for the for finance.acme.com is 10.10.2.1
Now every computer is the finance department that makes a dns query will make it to 10.10.2.1, if it's trying to query a name in the finance deapartment no problem.  Now if it tries query a name outside of the finance department then the finance dns server will send the query to either 10.10.1.1 or 10.10.1.2, right?

How do I set that up on the finance dns server?
