Question : mail sending issue on hotmail account

hi,

I am not able to send mail on hotmail account , but able to send mail on gmail account .
I set the correct mx record, and here is the following for send mail on my hotmail account, please suggest.

What's unclear in what I said before? You CAN NOT change the settings of hotmail spamfilter. It's server-based. So if your e-mail arrives to the hotmail's spambox, you have to see what points it accumulated and why and correct the contents of your e-mail.
