Question : Collect PC Information Remotely

I need a way to remotely collect information for all the computers on my network.  (ie.  Windows version, service pack, hard drive size, RAM, processor speed, etc...)  Does anyone know of a reliable freeware app that will do this?

I have a freeware app that gives me this information, but it has to be ran from the computer you want to collect the information on.  What I need is an app that will do it remotely.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!

WINMSD / MSINFO32 - type WINMSD from the StartMenu/Run command.  For usage, type WinMSD /?  - a list of options will appear and you can connect to remote systems and make log files in txt format or msinfo format to be opened later.
