Question : Managing Server remotely.
|
|
I have one problem.........
I am managing one server remotely located in different city. My Scenario is :-
IP Add : 202.154.192.219 /\ /\ SM : 255.255.255.0 / \ / \ DG : 202.154.192.219 / \ / \ DNS 1 : 203.145.184.13 / \ / \ DNS 2 : 202.56.250.5 / ISP \ ------------------------------------------/ ISP \ \_____/ \_____/ |Zyxel Router | __|______ | |----------| ROUTER | | | ------------ | | | | | | |Zyxel Router | | _____|____ | | | Router | | | ------------- | | | | | |Win 2000 | | -------------- | | Win 2003 | SERVER B| Member Server + ICS | ---------- DC+ --------------- | | Server A| RRAS+ | ----------- DHCP+ | | | DNS | | | | | | -----------| | LAN Card1 | | |------------------|----------------- Lan Client 1 |__________________| Switch or Hub |----------------- Lan Client 2 LAN Card 2 |------------------|----------------- Lan Client 3 ^ |<<<<<<<<<--------------Your Home ur Office LAN.
I am not able to connect Server B from Server A using Remote Administrator Tool (Radmin)...but then can connect to Server A from Server B using the same Radmin. I don't know what is the problem.
I have enabled port forwarding on both the routers using the default port of Radmin 4899. We are using same routers on both sides. Ip is Dynamic on both routers. I have tried NetMeeting for troubleshooting but it says "The person you called is not able to accept Incoming calls". I have checked options on Netmeeting and disable the directory options and in bandwithd selected "Cable..DSL.." but no reviel.
When they (Server B) connect to my Server A they are able to get in using Remote Administrator.because when connection is initiated from Server B it asks for password it means they are able to get in but if i connect using the same i get error message "Cound not find the host". I can ping the host.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thankx in advance. SystmProg
