Question : Analysing network traffic

Im having major network traffic problems whereby certain data processing servers are really processing data slowly because of this. Does anyone know of a utility I could use to determine what is the cause of this exessive traffic on our network? maybe an alayser or something quite simple to understand?

is probally the best ( quite costly though ) but you can download a 30 day demo
download the engineers edition....
