Question : Slow internet but fast intranet

We have a sonicwall 2040 connected to a T1 and a DSL line. The T1 is used to communicate with our other locations. The DSL line is suppose to be used for internet access on site. Lately, internet is real slow. Any sugguestions where I should be looking for a solution?
