Question : Can Ping in Safe Mode with Networking - but not in Normal Mode SBS 2003

HI
I have a SBS 2003 Server, all was well until i applied the latest windows patchs this week. after reboot i cannot see the network or ping any clients, I can ping 127.0.0.1 and the server ip address 192.168.0.10 but not outside of this.
In safe mode with networking I can ping other clients and access the web Help Please.

You have reapplied patches after removing ISA?
