Sup experts. So we are moving all our computer equipt into a new building. Only thing is i need to extend the dmarc. where my dmar is now we have a 110 punch the feeds into this new building. Now to patch intot he dmarc and extend to the new bldg 110 block would i just basically need to go color for color on the block as well as the rj45 connection or woudl i need to switch the rj45 end to the 258b end. " i think that was its called" Thanks

Sup-
extending wire from one building to another is a really bad idea unless both buildings are on a common ground. You could potentially create an alternate path for current to travel and fry those delicate communications bits that they terminate into.
the color code for rj45's is a standard meant for patch cables and not just combining circuits, If you really want to extend the demarc I would just punch 1 to 1, 2 to 2, 3 to 3, etc... to connect the two 110 blocks together.
So this would take care of you at the original demarc, but what do you have at the remote end? another 110 block? and what is that going to connect to? How many circuits are there?
FWIW you could get an amphenol cable that takes 48 pair terminates into 12 ports on a patch panel so you could just run jumpers from the patch panel into your network equipment... some of them even have fuses to keep you from frying your equipment ;).
if you need sources a fantastic vendor for telco equipment is a company called blackbox, they have just about anything you could need and support that could help a total n00b to wire a closet from scratch.
Hope this helps-
