Question : Two NICs

Hi Experts,

Just wondering if I have 2 gbic network cards in a windows 2003 server can i set one to send only and one to receive only.

And if i have another win 2000 server with a Gbic nic and a 100mb nic i wish the gbic to take most of the network traffic, but how do i know if it is??
