Question : Illegal redirection for VoIP traffic on Checkpoint NG firewall

I am having a problem where VoIP traffic cannot pass Checkpoint firewall. Secifically, I get this error:
Service:                            sip (5060)
Source Port:                      11574
Information:                      service_id: sip
                                         sip reason: Illegal redirection 10.0.0.xx->aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd
For a VoIP server (internal to the network), there is a static NAT - 10.0.0.x to a public IP.
Any help is appreciated.
