Question : How do create a new directory for Cisco background images?

I think I have the background image created correctly, but just don't have a place to put it.
We are running Cisco Unified  system version 7.0.2.10000-18
I am attempting to setup a background image with our logo.  My problem is that the directory I need was not created during install.
I need to add the directory (320x196x4)
In the CU OS Administration>TFTP File Management I am only allowed to add files.
I also don't think there is a command to add or create directories in a TFTP session.
I don't know if  I can do it through Communications Manager either.

Answer : How do create a new directory for Cisco background images?

Here are a couple of points to ponder:

This was from http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/7961g_7961g-ge_7941g_7941g-ge/7_0/english/administration/guide/7961cus.html#wp1030672

Most of this is just the general info type stuff but if you go down to section titled:  Configuring a Custom Background image, there is a note at the bottom of step 2.  It reads as follows:

Note If the folder does not exist, the folder gets created and the files get uploaded to the folder.

Just remember the folder names are case sensitive.. Well actually all of it is case sensitive.

Hope this helps.
