Question : 0*8004010F Exchange 2007

We have exchange 2007 in our environment, in our company we have two departments ec3 global and Qtic, now three weeks back i migrated ec3global staff mailboxes(ie mail.ec3global.com IP adress:125.7.43.44)to exchange ,now the same scenario is with Qtic (mail.qtic.com.au IP adress:125.7.43.44), i have transferred them to exchange server; now they are able to send and receive email from outside, but a lot of staff members (Qtic)are receiving this error 0*8004010F when they click on send and receive. So not sure how to reslove it under exchange 2007. Thanks
