Question : Unable to RDP into 2003 Server SP1, also Event 333 (maybe unrelated?)

I'm currently unable to RDP into a 2003 Server (x64 SP1).  It works fine immediately after a reboot but will eventually prevent further connections and I get the "Client could not connect to the remote computer" message.

I don't know if it is related or not but I also have several (hundred) entries of Event 333 in the System log which read "An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably.  The registry could not read in, or write out, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the Registry".

I've searched for answers for both symptoms but no luck so far.  I'm not running Windows Firewall.

Any help greatly appreciated.
