Question : Domain name change without creating new user profile?

Good Morning Experts,

Aside from the File and Settings Transfer Wizard or manually transfering profiles under Documents and Settings folder, is there a way to have a workstation join a domain and not be forced to create a new user profile on the local machine?

Hi oceanbeach,

you cannot join a domain and not have a new user profile - it is like trying to log on with a local user account and not have a new profile created - just not possible
